This position is ideal for an ambitious technician with 2–5 years of experience who wants to expand their skill set with a dedicated OEM team, earn competitive pay, and receive paid factory training. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, drivability, and HVAC systems on Ford and mixed-make vehicles. * Perform routine maintenance including brake service, fluid flushes, suspension, and multi-point inspections. * Utilize Ford integrated diagnostic tools (IDS/FDRS) to accurately troubleshoot complex vehicle issues. * Document work clearly on repair orders and communicate transparently with Service Advisors regarding additional needed repairs. * Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work station while meeting production goals. Qualifications * 2–5 years of automotive repair experience in a shop or dealership setting. * ASE certifications preferred (or equivalent Ford STST certifications). * Strong mechanical aptitudes and diagnostic/troubleshooting skills. * Must bring your own basic tool set (specialty tools provided). * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
