Responsibilities
Your Daily Blueprint - Lead end-to-end, high-volume sourcing and talent acquisition strategies for critical clinical support roles
- Assess candidate qualifications through behavioral interview techniques, verify credentials, conduct thorough phone screens, and maintain swift, accurate tracking across ATS/CRM platforms (Workday and PeopleSoft).
- Build and nurture strong, consultative partnerships with facility CNOs, nursing leadership, and hiring managers across hospital facilities to align hiring targets with operational needs.
- Participate in periodic travel for quarterly facility visits, department walk-throughs, and local community hiring events to stay deeply connected with regional leadership.
What You'll Bring to the Table - 3+ years of dedicated talent acquisition or human resources experience (healthcare recruiting or clinical HR experience strongly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR an equivalent combination of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Geographic residency within a 1- to 2-hour drive of target facility locations
