  • Support digital product design: You'll contribute to the design of new features and enhancements across Pilot's mobile app, website, and retail technology platforms.

  • Create user-centered experiences: You'll help design intuitive interfaces and user journeys that improve the experience for guests and end users.

  • Collaborate across the product lifecycle: You'll work closely with designers, product teams, and developers to bring concepts and designs to life.

  • Apply research and insights: You'll leverage user feedback, design principles, and industry best practices to help create effective design solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Information Sciences, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma is essential. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is required. Experience with motion design tools such as After Effects or Figma Motion is a plus.

  • Soft Skills: A coachable mindset with the ability to accept and apply feedback constructively. Strong communication and collaboration skills, coupled with curiosity, creativity, and a passion for designing solutions that put users first.

  • Qualities: A strong portfolio (or shareable PDF) demonstrating design thinking, self-motivated projects, and a genuine passion for design. We value individuals who are driven, reliable, authentic, and welcoming.
