Neurocrine Biosciences seeks an experienced sales executive to lead a high-performing field sales organization across the Northwest Zone. The role focuses on building specialty pharmaceutical sales teams, executing commercial strategy, and driving sustainable business growth in neurological and psychiatric markets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and lead first-class field sales organization aligned with commercial goals
• Create business plans for designated products and markets supporting growth projections
• Provide strategic direction to regional specialty managers with accountability for performance and compliance
• Drive customer-centric sales initiatives elevating voices of healthcare professionals and patients
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing and human resources on sales innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 17+ years progressive specialty pharma or biotech sales management leadership
• Extensive field sales management and product launch experience in complex environments
• Proven ability to build, expand, and lead sales forces during rapid growth phases
• Regional specialty sales force management experience preferred
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy, multiple customer segments, and market access
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
• Results-oriented mindset with track record of achieving challenging business objectives
