Salary: $142,000 - 194,000 per year Requirements:

• We need deep expertise in systems software architecture for large-scale environments, including firmware integration and fleet automation.

• We lead software initiatives, define requirements, and write foundational code for new projects or prototypes.
• We improve the software development lifecycle and coach teams to strengthen delivery practices.
• We provide subject matter expertise for new features and enhancements, and we document design and code details clearly.
• We lead architecture and code reviews across projects and products.
• We debug and resolve highly complex software problems using modern and emerging technologies.
• We improve testing, quality assurance, logging, monitoring, and observability to support effective troubleshooting.
