**What You Will Do**

• Keep things moving smoothly by handling order entry, specimen pick-up, transportation, tracking, receipt, and processing—you're basically the MVP of our lab's workflow!
• Master our pre and post-analytic laboratory equipment and automation systems (don't worry, we'll train you to be a pro).
• Be the friendly face of our lab by interacting with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers with professionalism and a genuine smile.
• Leverage our information systems to tackle tasks efficiently and keep accuracy at the top of your game.
• Occasionally jump in with phlebotomy services when needed at your site—expanding your skill set as you go.

Qualifications

Required

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
