For additional information about our company, visit our website at POSITION SCOPEThe Haul Truck Driver will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of production mining equipment. They will be operating a haul truck (Volvo/Cat) to move water and aggregate materials to support site development operations. Position requires extensive travel and living at or near job sites. PRIMARY DUTIESConduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and completes daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activitiesMaintain heavy equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concernsComplete production reporting and other documentation as requiredCommunicate effectively and professionally with other team membersBe a leader in both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, clients, and legislated safety policies and proceduresAbility to work with minimal supervisionSafety, Safety, Safety comply with all OSHA and all company policies, procedures, and standards of safetyPerform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or Equivalent18 years of age or olderA valid driver's licenseM.S.H.A. part 46 and/or part 48 or willingness to obtain certification - company will pay for certificationAcceptable MVR in accordance with Fisher's Company Vehicle Program policy OSHA certification or willingness to obtain certification - company will pay for certificationAbility to complete work tasks under various adverse weather conditions including heat above 100 degrees, cold, and rainAbility to pass a pre-employment drug test and physical is requiredTravel and weekend work required Fisher Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
