Are you a high-accuracy, detail-oriented data entry professional looking for a stable, long-term work-from-home opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Claims Data Entry Specialist to join our fast-paced operational team!
In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for keying member and provider submitted correspondence claims, processing member-provider selection updates, and managing administrative workflow requests with high quality and accuracy. Working standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST), you will track change request forms, process provider termination requests, manually assign primary care physicians, and manage incoming returned mail and fax queues. If you bring a fast, accurate typing speed (60+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy), healthcare data entry or claims experience, and a quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet, this position offers an ideal environment to apply your focus and skills.

Responsibilities
Position Summary: Key and process member and provider correspondence claims, execute primary care provider selection changes, and process administrative documentation in high-volume claims queues.
Key Responsibilities: - Key member and provider submitted correspondence claims, medical records, and appeals with high accuracy and speed.
- Track and process provider selection requests and change forms received via member portals and system queues.
- Execute manual primary care provider assignments for members unable to be assigned systematically.
- Process provider termination requests, perform membership moves, and initiate disenrollment correspondence.
- Retrieve, organize, and process incoming returned mail, fax documents, and provider error tracking reports.
Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1+ years of data entry, general office, or claims processing experience.
- Proven typing speed of at least 60 WPM with 95% accuracy or better.
- High technical proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Quiet, dedicated remote workspace in Missouri with secure, high-speed internet.
- Preferred: Background in healthcare data entry, claims processing, medical records, or appeals correspondence.
