Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Sunday through Friday from 05:30am to 04:00pm )

• Accurately process goods receipt and goods issue orders utilizing the SAP system.
• Maintain up-to-date container and trailer information through our yard view program.
• Address and resolve product or service issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain precise customer records and associated paperwork.
• Utilize Google Sheets to update order statuses and maintain required operational logs.
• Assist the Operations team with work distribution and other assigned tasks as directed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall warehouse efficiency and functionality.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Proven proficiency in using computer systems and software, including data entry.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong commitment to accuracy and detail.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
