Apple Valley Village Health Care Center, a Cassia community , is hiring an Assistant Director of Food & Nutrition Services to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about food. At Apple Valley Village Health Care Center you’ll work in a welcoming, resident-focused environment where your leadership, creativity, and commitment to quality are truly valued.
In this role, you will assist the Food & Nutrition Services Director with leading the overall operations of the department. You will also ensure our residents receive a first-class dining experience through supervising and staffing exceptional dietary aides and cooks. The ideal candidate brings prior food service leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for serving older adults while building an engaged, high-performing team.
